Everyone goes to bed without brushing their teeth on occasion. But you don’t want to make a habit of it. Going to bed without brushing those pearly whites first can cause plaque buildup, which leads to cavities and gum disease. Studies have proven that gum disease, if gone untreated, may lead to cancer in the future. So please make sure you brush your teeth at least twice a day, especially before going to bed.
